The hotel was in a great location, centrally located and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a wide range of options to choose from.
The hotel reception seemed unorganized at times, causing some confusion upon arrival. there were occasional issues with the facilities, which could have been improved.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, as it is far away from all the interesting areas. It would take a cab from the hotel to reach the mall. on a positive note, there is a Metro supermarket very close by, which makes it convenient for any necessary shopping.
The breakfast service needs improvement, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Guests have complained about being ignored when trying to order items like an omelette, and having to call for assistance.

This hotel is a hidden gem, providing luxurious amenities like an indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre. the massage services were top-notch, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. the staff was attentive and went out of their way to fulfill our needs, ensuring we felt like VIPs.
The only minor issue was the lack of vegan options at the restaurant. While the continental breakfast was delicious, it would be great to see more plant-based options on the menu.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The king suite was impressive and perfect for our large family. The hotel was centrally located, just across the street from a METRO store, in the heart of the tourist area and city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff were very kind.
